I am trying to configure tkl postfix to use amazon ses. Does Canvas already setup with postfix to send out email? Also, then is there any manual for TURNKEY HUB TKLAPP.com or can somebody walk me through to setup?
New to TKL, almost new to linux. Found this site and decided to try out the ticket request system. Got it booting in a KVM VM, but have no idea what to do from here. Is there any documentation for this stuff? If not, can someone tell me how to get the GUI webmin up and running? Any help is appreciated.
I have deployed a Redmine applinace and started using it a bit. Have not added any mods and have not done anything to it other than add a theme, create a project, and add some content.
Backing up the appliance works fine, no errors and it shows up in the hub. However when I go to restore the appliance, I get the following error:
I've successfully set up a joomla appliance on the hub. I'm familiar with moving my Joomla site around, but when I tried to upload it and setup my site on my tklapp, it returns a 404 error.
Here's the steps I've taken so far:
1. gzip site directory on old server, upload to tklapp and unpack
2. do a mysql dump, create a new database with same user/pass on tklapp, import
3. modify joomla's config file to reflect new folder paths
Deployed turnkey-mediawiki-12.0-squeeze-x86-ovf.zip with no problems. I went to access the Special:Import MediaWiki page which gives an HTTP 500 error. Fresh deployment, import attempted from default admin account. Tried again on a second fresh VM, same results. IE shows the 500 error, FF shows a blank page.
Deployed turnkey-mediawiki-11.3-lucid-x86-ovf.zip as a test, and import works fine.
Can't find a specific error in the logs to associate with the 500 error. I would prefer to run the v12 package, but require the import function to work. Help?
I have a LAMP stack and have a subdomain/ virtual server set up as part of the website. I would like to setup a whitelist for the subdomain and only allow one IP address to see the files on the subdomain. We have a situation where this one allowable ip will be pulling down files and I don't want to make those files public.
I am running a turnkey linux lamp install. I have a webserver www.mydomain.com . It works fine if I leave the address as 'any' however I want to add a second website on this server. In advance of that I tried putting mydomain.com and www.mydomain.com in address area but either of them cause a file not found error. Is there something wrong with the format I am using? If I switch it back to 'any' and restart apache it comes right back
