AWS/TKL support for WordPress Network?

Forum:

Hey everyone,

Forgive me if there's already an existing post explaining all of this, but I'm having some trouble configuring a network-enabled WordPress site.

Here's the steps I took:

accessing Webmin -- LAMP

Feeling kinda dumb here.  I have a fresh install of LAMP in a Virtual Box machine.  I am a Linux newbie, so I don't know much about what I'm doing, but I can usually figure stuff out eventually.  But I can't seem to access the Webmin.  I've attached a screenshot of the configuration console screen that lists the address links, but how do I get to them?  Hitting TAB or the arrow keys doesn't get me anywhere.  But I can go to advanced menu or toggle back and forth to the command prompt just fine.

when I try to login to the hub to see my servers the site times out (or at least never login). Is this a known bug or directly related to my account? I have tried regular login, Google and openid (all of which should be linked to my account already) to no avail.

Error message in Websvn Blame/Diff

Forum:

Hi All,

I have installed Revision Control Appliance few months ago and it works well. Recently I encounter a problem, when I try to use Blame/Diff in WebSVN, it shows "sh: cannot create : Directory nonexistent."

Project -> click any version -> each file has "Blame", "Diff", "Log", when I click Blame or Diff, it shows above error message.

Is there any idea of this issue?

The Revision Control Appliance version should be 11.2.

Sorry for my poor English...

Best Way to Install a Collection of TKL Apps on a Single Box?

"Our target audience is technically savvy but not experts with this virtualization stuff. They like the concept and they want to run a whole collection of TurnKey appliances on that server in the closet and they want TurnKey to make it super easy for them to do that."

This describes me exactly.  I want to run a collection  of TKL appliances on a computer I have.  I am thinking File Server appliance and vTiger CRM appliance as a start.

New Instance missing Symlinks

Forum:

I just started using this service. I have backed up my server several times and that seems to work. To test the backup, I created a new EC2 instance, but a couple modules weren't loaded in apache. I noticed the symlinks were replace with actual files in mods-enables. Then, I noticed the PDO wasn't loading with php - same problem. The conf.d symlink was replace with an actual folder. Now, I notice the mysql logins don't work.

Is there something I need to do different to make the backup/restore work?

Thanks!

vSphere 4.1 and Turnkey kernel panics

Forum:

Hi,

I was previously running vsphere 4.0 and various Turnkey Linux appliances without issues.

I am now running vsphere 4.1 and my guests will not start.  If I try to create a new guest from my exisitng iso images, as seen in the screenshot below, this is a portion of the kermel panic I experience.

If I revert to vSphere 4.0(as I have two different USB memory keys, it works 100%.

Anyone else experiencing this?

problem with hubdns and remote backup

Hi, my hostname xxx.tklbam was working fine once the set up was completed. Then I moved the workstation to a different location resulting in a new ip address assigned to it. I did a hubdns-init and update and it was fine. I was in a hurry and I did not thought that it may take some time for the dns to be propagated, correct me if I am wrong here.... Now I went into my account and deleted it, create a new one and now I am getting some weird error on the shell line when I run hubdns-update. This is what I am getting :
