I have created an OTRS server with amazon ec2 and I want to change the logo and the name in the customer login interface I have followed the instructions which state to go to admin and the sysconfig and choose the FrontEnd Customer and that their should be an option for logo but that option does not seem to be available
OK so I'm trying to upgrade my 11.2 LAMP to 12. I've created a new Medium instance and restored my 11.2 backup all ok. I'm having trouble attaching my EBS data volume. I snaphotted the original and made a new EBS from it and attached to new instance. Amazon says it's attached as /dev/sdf and its an ext4.
Mount says it doesn't exist and I notice that the listed devices start x something so boot dev seems to be /dev/xvda1 and I thnk my new volume has become /dev/xvdf.
Can someone tell me how to mount it please I've tried specifying ext4 and without and niether will mount it.
Here's a dumb question, perhaps this has already been answered, but I'm in a hurry so if you can help me answering it or rather pointing me to the already existing answers I'll be more than gratefull
I downloaded the JEOS iso and booted a virtual machine with it, now I are at the command prompt asking myself how could I make this minimal system be permanently installed on the hardisk and I frankly don't know where to start at.
Do any of you have an idea of how can I make this live system permanently installed on the disk?
Is there a how to somewhere?
Accidentally overwrote the index.php that Turnkey uses to allow access to the web shell, phpmyadmin, etc. Is there a place to nab that file and drop it in there?
I'm working with the Debian core, OpenVZ, in Proxmox 1.9. I'm trying to build an appliance from the ground up, but I'm having one of two issues:
1. Venet — if I use this, I am able to set up my desired IP (which is 192.168.0.80), but I'm only able to communicate to it from within my network. If I try to use apt-get update (or update from turnkey-init), I get an error that I'm unable to communicate with anything. I'm then told to use apt-cron and read the log, but when I use apt-cron it hangs (as far as I can tell) indefinitely, and no log is made.
I just downloaded the new LAPP 12. I want to upgrade the PostgreSQL database from 8.4 to 9.1 so I can use the upped array_agg(col Order by col) function. I was really hoping the new version came with 9.0 or higher, but apparently it wasn't meant to be so. :(
Anyway, I installed it as a KVM to Proxmox 1.9. The problem is, when I open it in the console and attempt to install, I immediately get the following error:
I succesfully setup an openphoto server through the turnkey hub. However, I noticed that unlike the web based version of openphoto, the turnkey version does not offer the option to share or link to facebook. Can that be added? Is this something that was done when making the virtual appliance?
Also, is there a way to log in to an admin console for the openphoto server? When I tried to re-reun setup, it told me I did not have permission. I can get to the php admin, but that does not appear to help.
