I have a Turnkey Joomla 2.5 on AWS but I've messed it up and dont have a backup up of the the first clean install How or where do I do a 'factory restore' to get it back to where it was when first installed? TKLBAM only restores user made backups.
I'm new to vTiger and I can't get the comments field to be seen or accessed by the sales profile. Admin can see it and so can Support. Under Settings> Fields Access, the comments field is also grayed out. I assume that comments will be important as the sales people update the file. Is there something I can do to make this accessible?
I have looked all over the web for an answer to this to no avail.
I have the file server appliance installed and working. It uses ajaxplorer and works well with a couple of exceptions. The most important one is the inability to upload from my phone. I have Android 4.0 ICS on a Samsung Galaxy 2 S. When I try to upload anything to either my home or storage folders I get the error:
Error while uploading file: Empty Http response
This error occurs while using either 4G or WIFI and it does not happen when using a computer.
I've created an EC2 account on Amazon, but haven't lanched an instance. The Amazon site doesn't provide a receipt for the $20 monthly charge as described in your FAQ. Where can I find one?
For the last couple of days I've been trying to clone an instance from a snapshot. I've attempted several different snapshots from different instances but all I get is the message:
Oops! Something unexpected happened
with an invitation to try again. And try try try again I have!
I have run a vBulletin forum on a shared host for a number of years. Several years ago I also assumed responsibility for a community group's web site hosted on IIS. That site is almost all static web pages updated with Notepad. As their host, Terrasite, seems to be failing, I brought the site over to my host. Now that it's on LAMP, I have a lot of free or low-cost options and am leaning toward WordPress.
Hello to everyone and thanks to Turnkey for their appliances.
We have a strange problem regarding automatic snapshot schedule in Turnkey Hub: it seems that some schedules are not working at all. For example on an specific instance we have hourly and daily snapshot with different retention but only hourly snapshots are created (and deleted) following the schedule; no daily snapshot is being created and listed.
I'm new to AWS and Turnkey, and I was hoping to get a little clarification on the pricing. I'm trying to switch to the Budget plan for $20/month + 0% usage fees. However, it looks like the cost of a small instance on this plan will be 8.5 cents/hour (Virginia region). Amazon advertises the cost of this to be 6 cents/hour, so I'm trying to figure out where the extra 2.5 cents/hour comes from, or what it is for, since there are no usage fees. Can someone please clarify?
This is something I didn't expect. One of the greatest things about Amazon is that you can start and stop instances at will. That's great, but what happens when you can't stop or kill a server. Can't connect, can't reboot, yet it is still in the background running and doing stuff. I can't unplug it, I can't press off. I can't smash it with a sledgehammer.
